Presentation of the videoessay “Stray Visuality”

Katarzyna Paszkiewicz presents her videoessay “Stray Visuality”, which raises questions about the role of film as a vehicle for denaturalizing the anthropocentric perspective and cultivating new ways of perceiving the fragility of human and more-than-human survival. The presentation will be followed by a talk with audiovisual artist Belén Iniesta, in which the theory and practice of videographic research will be addressed. With the support of the Servei d’Activitats Culturals (University of the Balearic Islands). Activity open to general public.
